The Flatair EPC is a thermally broken glazed-in flap ventilator with an optional selfregulating valve. It is specifically designed for use in sliding windows, doors and conservatories in PVC-U, timber or aluminium.
The self-regulating valve operates automatically with changing airflows to maintain optimum ventilation levels by controlling the size of the ventilation gap.
The inner profile is punched and acts as an integral insect mesh. The co-extruded flap guarantees maximum wind and water tightness up to 20 Pa.
